All newly admitted students, along with their parents and partners, are invited to attend the nearest University of Regina UR Ready workshop. U of R representatives and current students will provide need-to-know information about student life and answer any questions new students may have about the University. Registration is not necessary. Each spring, UR Ready workshops are held at the U of R campus and in communities around the province.

The following 2008 workshops start at 7 p.m.:

• April 14 Southeast Regional College, Weyburn
• April 14 Cumberland Regional College, Melfort
• April 15 Parkland Regional College, Yorkton
• April 15 Cypress Hills College, Swift Current
• April 16 The Atrium, Innovation Place, Saskatoon
• April 17 Education Building, room 193, U of R campus
• April 21 Estevan Comprehensive High School, Estevan
• April 28 First Nations University Northern Campus, Prince Albert
• April 28 Central Collegiate, Moose Jaw
• May 7 Education Building, room 191, U of R campus

The on-campus workshops will include optional campus and residence tours as well as an opportunity for participants to browse display booths of various University departments. Free parking is available in Lot 14.
