Abstract:
This project presents a safe, efficient, and cost-effective design for the proposed junction of the West Regina Bypass and Highway #1. Several companies have located their facilities to a newly-developed Global Transportation Hub just outside the City of Regina’s west boundary, on the CP Rail main line, and SaskHighways has announced a plan to ultimately connect Highways #1 and 11 at this location.
