Abstract
It was quite a shock for Debora Sakano as she stepped outside the Regina airport. The student from Brazil arrived with nine others on Tuesday morning and walked out into a light snow and a temperature of -6 degrees.“Oooooh, it’s so cold,” Sakano exclaimed as she stepped outside after a 16-hour flight from Brazil.
