Abstract
The Canadian Plains Research Center (CPRC) at the University of Regina is pleased to announce that Arab Cooking on a Saskatchewan Homestead: Recipes and Recollections, written by Habeeb Salloum and designed by Donna Achtzehner at the CPRC Press, won the Silver Medal in the Canadian Food Culture Category at the prestigious Canadian Culinary Book Awards. The award was presented at a gala dinner on Sept. 16 at the Delta Hotel in Winnipeg.
