Abstract

The University of Regina honours outstanding contributions to athletics, by induction into the University’s Sports Hall of Fame. The newest members of the Hall are Joell Fiddler and Dick White, who were honoured at a ceremony on April 9. Fiddler played five seasons with the Cougars women’s hockey team, from 1999 to 2004. She was a Canada West first-team All-Star each year. During her career, she earned 87 points. That’s more than double the person who sits second on the list, Carleen Meszaros, who currently plays for the Cougars and has 41 career points.
