The University of Regina’s Dr. Vianne Timmons and the City of Moose Jaw’s Mayor Deb Higgins are co-hosting a luncheon featuring Don Newman, an award-winning broadcast journalist. Newman will present “The 2015 Federal Election: Policies, Personalities and Prospects." "For the first time we have three parties that can be competitive,” says Newman. “There are 30 new seats and 75 ridings without incumbents.
