The U of R’s Film Department has collaborated with La Cité universitaire francophone and the Regina Public Library to bring the artistic team of the acclaimed Indigenous film, Le Dep, to Regina. The film will be shown Thursday, November 26 on campus at La Rotonde (LI 216) and will feature a question and answer session with the filmmakers, Sonia Bonspille-Boileau and Jason Brennan. “It truly makes a difference to have the filmmakers in attendance as the viewers tend to look at the film in a more engaged way, in dialogue with the filmmakers, so to speak,” says Dr. Christina Stojanova, associate professor in the Department of Film.
