Globe and Mail national affairs columnist to deliver lecture

All are welcome to attend a public lecture by veteran Globe and Mail National Affairs Columnist Jeffrey Simpson.

Simpson, an award winning columnist and political writer will deliver a lecture on higher education entitled ‘University From the Inside Out and Outside In’.

Jeffrey Simpson has won all three of Canada’s leading literary prizes – the Governor General’s Award for non-fiction book writing, the National Newspaper Award for political writing, and the National Newspaper Award for column writing. He is an Officer of the Order of Canada and holds multiple honorary doctorates of law. He has published has published eight books and numerous magazine articles. In addition to his work with the Globe and Mail, Simpson is currently Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawa’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
