Minister Kevin Doherty takes ALS ice bucket challenge

Minister Kevin Doherty, Advanced Education, recently took the ALS ice bucket challenge on campus. He was assisted by University of Regina President and Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Vianne Timmons and University of Regina Students’ Union President Devon Peters.


Doherty challenged:

•Dale Eisler, the University of Regina’s Government Relations Senior Advisor and Senior Policy Fellow for the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. Eisler is an alumnus of the University with a Bachelor of Arts ('70) in Political Science. He has also received the 2007 Distinguished Alumni Award for Professional Achievement.

•Archie Cameron, General Manager of the Royal Regina Golf Club.

•Victor Thomas, member of the 2014-15 University of Regina Senate.  Thomas earned his Masters of Administration (Leadership) degree from the University in 2011 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2007.  He also received the Dr. Robert and Norma Ferguson Award for Outstanding Service to the University and Alumni Association in 2011.
