The Sun Life Financial Psychology Training Clinic at the University of Regina has a new home on campus. The space was developed with the support of numerous donations, including a major donation by Sun Life Financial.

Students in the Sun Life Financial Psychology Training Clinic provide services to community residents, especially those with moderate to mild psychological concerns who may not be able to easily access other services. Services are provided under the close supervision of registered doctoral psychologists. Clients and students benefit from the clinical experience of clinical faculty members who are registered and abreast of the most recent research in the field of clinical psychology.

Services offered in the Clinic vary from year to year. In November and December, the Clinic is screening clients for group cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety and depression. There are also openings or individual therapy.

Fees: $20 fee per 1 hour session.

To seek services, clients can phone and leave a message on clinic’s confidential phone line at 306-585-5685.

Clinic Location: College West, Room 020 (lower level).
