Abstract
At the awards ceremony on May 2, University President and Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Vianne Timmons, received the YWCA Regina's Women of Distinction 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award. "Dr. Timmons fearlessly uses every opportunity she can to bring voice to all women," said Melissa Coomber-Bendtsen, CEO of YWCA Regina. "Her commitment to changing the course for future generations of women while lifting women up as she succeeds are testaments to her strengths as a feminist and leader."
