Dr. John Archer Library Award 2022 Presentation (Virtual)
    (University of Regina Library, 2022-05)
The Dr. John Archer Library Award was established in 2011 through funding from the library for an undergraduate student who demonstrates written evidence of significant inquiry using the Library’s resources and services along with learning about the research and information-gathering process for their graded research project. The award is for $1,000 and the winner must have written a 250 to 500 word reflective essay describing their use of the library. Librarians normally choose a recipient near the end of regularly scheduled classes in the Winter Semester. Details about the award are on the library's website Library Award page.

As a student of the Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, I consider myself extremely fortunate to be granted access to the vast resources available via the Dr. John Archer Library. The Dr. John Archer library is so much more than an electronic collection of information that can be accessed remotely; it is also a welcoming environment that is filled with knowledgeable and understanding experts that are always willing and ready to assist students like me.
