Abstract
The University of Regina today announced that Dr. Jim Tomkins has been appointed President and Vice-Chancellor of the University for a term extending until June 30, 2008. Tomkins, who has been a professor and administrator at the U of R for 37 years, will begin his appointment effective March 26, 2007.
