Abstract

A unique program called Girls in the Game has been created for young girls (aged 5-8) where they can learn and practice fundamental movement skills development that transfer into a variety of sports. As such, the girls have worked on skills that relate to basketball, volleyball, football, hockey, soccer, wrestling, tennis and badminton.
