University of Regina President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Vianne Timmons has been honoured by the Canadian Association for Community Living (CACL) with the National Inclusive Education Award. Dr. Timmons was presented with the award at a ceremony at Ryerson University in Toronto on the evening of February 25, 2010. That evening, Dr. Timmons also presented the Distinguished University Lecture "From Rhetoric to Reality" to open a conference on inclusive education being held at Ryerson University.
