Abstract

As part of the celebration of 100 Years of Excellence in Education at the University of Regina, the Institut français will host, for the first time in Saskatchewan, a lecture in the prestigious Trudeau Foundation Lecture Series.The Trudeau Lectures are an annual series of public talks that allow Trudeau Fellows to highlight their research as public intellectuals. Dr. Simon Harel, a 2009 Trudeau Fellow and a professor in the department of literary studies at the Universityé du Québec à Montréal, will deliver the lecture entitled "From Migration to Homelessness: Self-Narrative and Contemporary Mobility / De la migration à l'itinérance : le récit de soi et la mobilité contemporaine".
