Feature Story: New Mexican connection for U of R

Abstract

The options for international education through the University of Regina have been enhanced with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and an Undergraduate Student Exchange Program Agreement with the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México – UNAM – or in English, the National Autonomous University of Mexico. The agreements open the door for students, faculty and staff to travel to between the two universities for study and research. The MOU also states the intention to plan and carry out joint research projects. As well, the two institutions will work to organize conferences and joint academic programs.
