dc.description.abstract | Dr. Janis Dale, Associate Professor in the Department of Geology, remembers the first time she spotted Saskatchewan’s Qu’Appelle Valley. “It was the first feature I saw in Saskatchewan from an airplane window and it blew me away,” says Dale. Since that sighting, Dale has been blown away by the variety and number of Saskatchewan’s geological features. Dale is the featured speaker at the U of R’s latest Science Pub Series at The Bushwakker Brewpub on Thursday, November 23 at 7:00 p.m. The talk is titled Not Just Flat – Top Geological Sites of Saskatchewan. | en_US |
