The shortlist for the 25th annual Saskatchewan Book Awards has been announced and the U of R is well-represented.

U of R Press, the University’s publishing house, has received 12 nominations and the University of Regina will be well-represented at the 2018 Saskatchewan Book Awards when they’re handed out.

Leading the way with three nominations is Fiery Joe: The Maverick Who Lit Up the West by Kathleen Carlisle. It has been nominated for the non-fiction, scholarly writing, and the publishing awards.
