    Abstract
    Preston Manning, founder of the Reform Party and former leader of the federal opposition in Ottawa, is the keynote speaker at the annual Tansley Lecture. The annual lecture, hosted by the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, takes place Thursday, April 19 at Regina’s Queensbury Convention Centre. The title of Manning’s speech is Scouting the Future: Saskatchewan’s Social and Economic Frontiers.
