No gala gown? No problem! The University of Regina is hosting a casual fundraiser this month. On April 25, the University will bring an East Coast favourite – the Maritime kitchen party – to the prairies for its annual fundraising event. All proceeds from this year’s event will be directed to University of Regina scholarships, awards and bursaries. The Prairie Kitchen Party will include an Atlantic lobster dinner, live music featuring Jeffery Straker, the Darke Hall Five and Celtic rock band Jubilee Riots, as well as a silent auction.
